Useful Information

It is our aim to ensure an enjoyable salon service, on time, and in a relaxing environment. To do so we have adopted a series of policies.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is appreciated. The time made available by a cancellation could make someone waiting very happy. Failure to give adequate notice will result in 25% of the cost of the failed appointment being charged to you.

Appointment confirmation

For your convenience, we will phone, text or email you the day prior to your scheduled appointment. Please note that a simple ‘YES' response is required on text reminders.

Waiting List

Due to the nature of our business, late nights and Saturday mornings book out several weeks in advance, for your convenience we have the ability to book at least a year ahead. Also, if you are unable to get an appointment at a time convenient to you, please don't hesitate to ask to be put on our waiting list, as due to cancellations we can frequently schedule an appointment for you.

Late arrivals

If you are running late, we will endeavour to accommodate you the best we can. However we may not be able to perform the full service (or any of the service), as we do have to consider the schedules of the following clients appointments.

Mobile phones

With consideration to the time scheduling of your appointment, and the comfort of others, please either switch off, or silence your mobile phone while in the salon.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside or out of the salon during any appointment.

Consultation

We offer a complimentary consultation service before any work is undertaken.

Skin allergy Test

We offer the opportunity for all clients current and new, to undergo a skin allergy test before every colour service. This needs to be done 48 hours before your colour appointment.

Payment

We accept Mastercard, American Express and Visa cards, as well as EFTPOS transactions.
For weddings and appointments requiring more than a 3 hour time allocation we will require a deposit at the time of booking.

Gift Vouchers

We offer gift vouchers available in any denomination, valid for all products and services.

Our Guarantee

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair, if for some reason we have not created a look you were expecting, we encourage you to let us know. If you are unhappy, please tell us within 10 days of your service and we will happily correct it for you free of charge. If, however you have simply changed your mind about what you were wanting, the full service price will be required.

Because your hair has continually changing needs, we carry an extensive range of salon exclusive products, L'Oreal Professional, Kerastase Paris and Redken 5th Avenue.

Parking

Due to our location just out of the town centre, we are able to offer you convenient parking, close to our door, free of charge.

Beverage Menu

To help with your enjoyment in the salon we offer you a complimentary selection of beverages including cappuccinos, hot chocolates, a wide variety of standard and herbal teas and filtered water.
